Apple has recently announced its new iPhones 12 series globally and in India that comes with some noticeable and some little changes that hint at apple future of iPhones and more.

Design
The First thing you will notice when you buy a new iPhone 12 is the little box which I will talk about it later. The new thing you will notice and feel is the new iPhone design inspired by iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 that has square sides on four sides. The camera bump is noticeable and the back of the iPhone comes with a glass back with aluminum sides that have Matt finish that depends upon the iPhone color you pick.
On the front, you will barely notice any difference in the design. It has the same old notch on top and bottom chin now is slightly smaller than it’s predecessor. Overall the design is solid and it’s completely up to you whatever you like the boxy look or curved edges.
Display
Finally, apple adds an OLED display to its nonpro iPhone models. The new iPhone 12 this time comes with new Apple’s high-quality OLED display that looks almost very similar to the screen on iPhone 12 pro models. In regular usage, the iPhone 12 gets 1200 nits brightness with HDR 10 display support but sadly no fancy high refresh rate display which we will talk about in about a second. Overall apple made a big improvement from the IPS LCD display to the OLED display.
No refresh rate : But smooth iOS helps
Unlike any other Android Smartphone are in the market right now apple iPhone 12 won’t come with High refresh rate displays. I think we all knew that but if you don’t let me explain. The new iPhones come with 5G support that sucks battery more than normal LTE and adding High refresh rate displays to the current iPhones might even worsen the battery life. So apple voted for the new 5G and skips high refresh rate displays this year.
Another advantage apple has its software. The new iOS 14 is buttery smooth and that might help you but if you are shifting from a phone with 120hz refresh to the new iPhone 12 you will definitely find different while scrolling.

Like any other iPhone’s processor, the apple A14 is way powerful. Overall I don’t need to talk about this thing. It’s simply powerful and power-efficient.

Now talking about new apple’s iPhone 12 5G usage, wait 5G still doesn’t exist in India but smartphones with the 5G support are already rolling out in India. The new Magsafe : and no charger the box.
If you are an iPhone 11 user, you don’t need to buy a new charger from apple to charge your newer iPhones and if you are a non – iPhone 11 user and new to apple iPhone — Apple will no longer bundle charger to new iPhone 12 series and also new iPhones that are going to manufacture. Apple is bundling USB type C to lightning cable in the box and you have to buy an extra Type C supported adapter to charge your new iPhone.
The new Magsafe is here. Apple has added new magnets on the back of the new iPhone 12 series to charge your new iPhone and also to attach other accessories. As of now, you can attach Magsafe to charge your iPhone and different cases. Soon you can use different accessories made by third-party sellers. The new MagSafe might be an apple solution to get rid of ports entirely on iPhones.
The new upgraded cameras
The new iPhone has still the same camera setup as the Apple iPhone 11 with the regular wide camera and Ultra wide-angle lens with f 1.6 aperture instead of 1.8 that seen on iPhone 11. The new Apple A14 Bionic chip and improved software help you to take great shots in normal conditions and lets you take portraits in low light better. The new night mode is now also available through the front camera that helps you take brighter pictures during low light and dark conditions.
Overall the pictures taken on the new iPhone 12 are better than the iPhone 11. The pictures seem to have less noise and better contrast and colors.
