Microsoft in a blog post today announced that Microsoft flight simulator had more than one million unique players after two weeks of initial Launch.
Just over two weeks ago, Microsoft Flight Simulator launched. Thanks to the incredible support of our community of fans, pilots, flight enthusiasts, and virtual travelers, we have had more than one million unique players take to the skies says Microsoft.
To date Microsoft says, Users flew more than 26 million flights and logged more than 1 billion miles flown to date – the equivalent of flying around the world over 40 thousand times.
Microsoft Flight Simulator, is available on Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta), Windows 10 PC, and Steam in three different versions
- The Microsoft Flight Simulator Standard Edition ($59.99 USD) includes 20 highly detailed planes with unique flight models and 30 hand-crafted airports. The Standard Edition will be available on day one with Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta).
- The Deluxe Edition ($89.99 USD) includes everything from Microsoft Flight Simulator’s standard edition plus five additional highly accurate planes with unique flight models and five additional handcrafted international airports.
- The Premium Deluxe Edition ($119.99 USD) includes everything from Microsoft Flight Simulator Standard Edition plus 10 additional highly accurate planes with unique flight models and 10 additional handcrafted international airports.
