OnePlus is ditching stock android experience in its latest Oxygen OS 11 build

OnePlus is ditching its stock android interface in its latest version of its oxygen OS 11. As reported by android central and by looking at several Oneplus devices running on Oxygen OS 11 ( Hydrogen OS ) the company’s new UI looks almost similar to Samsung’s One UI.

As a part of an Oxygen OS development on the top of recently released Android 11 – One plus has made a couple of changes in its UI and adds several new features including Always-on display and also made some UI changes that made its UI look almost similar to Samsung’s One UI.

OnePlus Oxygen OS is the best android skin among all android phones. In fact, Oneplus phones are meant to have smooth stock android experience and interface coupled with meaningful additions like native screen recording, Zen Mode, and customization options with Oxygen OS name tag. But the latest version of Android skin is really different.

  • New always-on display
  • Revamped stock android weather app
  • New gallery app
  • And more couple of improvements

Apart from Samsung UI looks, Oneplus promises improved smooth and user experience you normally get on one plus smartphones. Currently, OnePlus unveils HydrogenOS 11 in China. It is available for the OnePlus 8 series as a Developer Preview. OxygenOS 11 is expected to come with similar changes and improvements.
