Samsung, in partnership with Servify, has officially launched its Samsung Care+ program for Galaxy smartphone users across This program will offer a protection plan against accidental, physical and liquid damage and also technical/mechanical failure.

Here is what Samsung Care+ covers

  • Extended Warranty – Covers technical & mechanical failure for 1 year.
  • Screen Protection – Covers front screen damage for 1 year.
  • Accidental Damage & Liquid Damage – Covers accidental front & back screen damage & liquid damage for 1 year..
  • Comprehensive Protection – Covers accidental physical & liquid damage (including screen) and technical or mechanical failure for 2 years.

How to claim Samsung Care+

The service will be available at Samsung experience stores, smart cafes, multi-brand outlets, Samsung.com, Samsung Care+ online store, and my Galaxy App. You can avail of Samsung Care plus for a new Samsung smartphone within 30 days of purchase and the cost depends upon the device.

Register in Samsung Online Shop

  • You can Register in Samsung Online Shop
  • Head to the checkout to buy the Samsung Care+ plan.
  • Once you are activated. check your coverage status anytime on the My Galaxy app.

Claim Care+ on Your Samsung Galaxy App

  • Claim Care plus on Your Samsung Galaxy App
  • Click on the Samsung Care+ banner on your My Galaxy app screen to get redirected to Samsung.serify.tech.
  • Head to the checkout to buy the Samsung Care+ plan.
  • Once you are activated. check your coverage status anytime on the My Galaxy app.

Note : Samsung Care+ pack once bought cannot be cancelled
