Instagram will now let its users to add pronouns to add their Instagram bio. Pronouns in bio can allow followers know what language they should use when interacting with you.

What are pronouns?
A pronoun is a word that takes the place of a noun. Examples: he, she, it, they, someone, who. Pronouns can do all of the things that nouns can do.
How add pronouns to Instagram bio
Starting May 2021, Instagram is letting users to add pronouns to their Bio.Users under 18 will have this setting turned on by default.
To add pronouns to Instagram Bio, Open Instagram, Go to your profile page, tap on edit profile and now you will see and new options called pronouns. You can add your pronouns and Click save. As of now only few users can able to add pronouns to their bio.
If you are not eligible, You can request Instagram to add pronouns to your Instagram account by submitting form.
